We had a customer who was dealing with a local finance company.  We had installed the house and were ready to close after the finance company had the customer pre-qualified.  We were ready to close on January 5th when we learned they were no longer qualified by new guidelines.  We looked for new avenues for financing.  I was talking to Ritzcraft Company rep and he suggested giving you and Kerry a call.  What a breath of fresh air.  Kerry assured us that we could put something done and in a short period of time.  The people at Ritzcraft were all very professional, helpful, and dedicated.  Kerry returned phone calls and did exactly what he promised he would do.  The customer closed and at a lower rate then the first company.  Thank you Ritzcraft Mortgage for all you did and do to assist us with our financing needs.  I would recommend these people to anyone looking for a mortgage.

I would like to take a moment and say what a pleasure it is to work with Kerry Kline. No question has ever gone unanswered or phone call not returned. I can tell in Kerry's voice the excitement he has for his customers. I called Kerry and told him that I needed certain info and he said that, "I will get it for you if I have to jump through hoops to get it." Well guess what? I referred my 1st loan to Kerry – and a difficult one.  This customer works for another bank and had her loan approved at that bank, but we had an issue with loan-to-value.  So Jeff suggested I call Kerry.  Kerry has been working with them to try and resolve some credit problems they have, with the hopes of making this deal work so that we can go forward with the house.

Customer said that she was so impressed with the professionalism of Kerry – better than any other lender she has ever spoken with (remember, she works for a bank.)  We don’t know if we can make it work, but she has confidence that he will do anything he can.  Evidently he goes the extra mile.
